Our Company Policy

Appointments - Make an appointment by phone, email or online. We require a credit card in order to book the appointment. Once booked, you will receive an email, a text or a call back to confirm. First time client must arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to fill out In-Take Form and to discuss any specific areas to focus on with their therapist. Please note that late arrivals will be subject to a shortened appointment.

Cancellations - A client must call within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Otherwise, last minute cancellation will be charge the full amount for the time reserved. We reserve the right to charge 100% for a NO CALL, NO SHOW and SAME DAY CANCELLATION.

Gift Certificates/Cards
Gift cards can be purchase at our office, by phone and online. Gift Cards are available in increments of $50, $75 & $100+.
We accepts major credit cards, checks or cash payments.

Gratuities or tips are not included in our price, but are highly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% - 20% of the cost of the regular price and not based on the promotional amount.

Any sexual solicitation are not tolerated and will be reported to the manager and authorities. As consideration of other guests, please silent your cell phone while inside the room. Please remember that the room must be prepared and used for the next client and should be vacated after treatment upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.

Membership and Packages
Members must give 30-day notice before cancellation.
Package A expires in 6 months, while Package B expires in 12 months. *All packages are Non-Transferrable and Non-Refundable.
