Our Company Policy

Appointments  
Make an appointment by phone, email or online.  We require a credit card in order to book the appointment. Once booked, you will receive an email or a call back to confirm. First time client must arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time to discuss any specific areas to focus on with their therapist.  Please note that late arrivals will be subject to a shortened appointment.

Cancellations 
A client must call within 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.  Otherwise, last minute cancellation will be charge the full amount for the time reserved. We reserve the right to charge 100% for a NO CALL, NO SHOW and SAME DAY CANCELLATION.

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchase at our office or over the phone.  We accepts major credit cards, checks or cash payments.

Gratuities
Gratuities or tips are not included in our price, but are highly appreciated by our staff.  The standard gratuity is 15% - 20% of the cost of the regular price ($110 for 60 minutes) and not based on the promotional amount.

Restrictions
Any sexual solicitation are not tolerated and will be reported to the manager and authorities. As consideration of other guests, please silent your cell phone while inside the room. Please remember that the room must be prepared and used for the next client and should be vacated after treatment upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.

Membership and Packages
Members must give 30-day notice before cancellation.
Package A expires in 4 months, Package B expires in 6 months and Package C expires in 12 months.  *All packages are non transferable and non refundable.
